Our Jungle Grazing A2 Gir cow ghee is made of Gir cow’s milk which is one of the healthiest Indian Desi cows for A2 milk production. It is a Zebu breed of Indian forest having highest immunity in milk . Gir cow milk is easy to digest and has immense health benefits. Gir cow milk is popular because of low fat and presence of more protein. Moreover, it’s enriched with calcium, potassium and saturated fats. It consumes almost 28-30 Ltrs. of milk to produce one Ltr. of A2 Ghee. We have plenty of happy Gir Cow in their natural habitats without any boundaries in Tribal India same as our ancient Vedic time.

हमारी जंगल चराई A2 गिर गाय का घी गिर गाय के दूध से बना होता है जो A2 दूध उत्पादन के लिए सबसे स्वास्थ्यप्रद भारतीय देसी गायों में से एक है। यह भारतीय वन की एक ज़ेबू नस्ल है जिसमें दूध में सबसे अधिक प्रतिरोधक क्षमता होती है। गिर गाय का दूध पचने में आसान होता है और इसके अत्यधिक स्वास्थ्य लाभ होते हैं। कम वसा और अधिक प्रोटीन की उपस्थिति के कारण गिर गाय का दूध लोकप्रिय है। इसके अलावा, यह कैल्शियम, पोटेशियम और संतृप्त वसा से समृद्ध है। इसके एक लीटर A2 घी उत्पादन के लिए लगभग 28-30 लीटर दूध की खपत होती है। । हमारे पास गिर गायों को वैदिक काल की भाँति उनके प्राकृतिक आवासों यानि हरित जंगलों में बिना किसी सीमा व बंधन के बहुतायत संख्या में आदिवासी परिवारों द्वारा पालन किया जाता हैं।
